Skills in managing relationships with enterprise corporate customers, suppliers and dealers. Experienced in business administration and in managing my own independent business. A degree of Master (M. Sc.) in Informatics with a focus on business strategic benefits by coordinated management of the business domains and the domains of IS / ICT. A degree of Bachelor (B. Sc.) in Business and Economics. An extensive experience from IS / ICT domains. This combination creates an excellent foundation for success in a professional role where the ability to create and maintain a dialogue and an understanding between organizations, spanning both internal and external structures, is an essential factor for success. I have had many roles - introduction of new products, problem and incident management, change management, product management, software and product development, training, business support, consultant, systems architect. From 1980 onwards, I have worked as a technical specialist with computer systems in the process industry and with solutions within the enterprise telephony industry. I have trained, coached and worked as a general problem-solver for the customer's business managers, for the customer's ICT/IS experts, our own salespersons/SQM:s/business management as well as for our own technicians. During several periods, I have worked on assignments at Ericsson with various development projects in competence-areas where I have special skills. Over the years, I worked with several of Sweden's large business customers who have enterprise telephony solutions based on Ericsson solutions, companies like Volvo, the Swedish Police Force, SAS, CSN, SJ, Folksam Insurance Company, Handelsbanken, ABB, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish National Tax Board, etcetera. I have also a lot of experience from working with small and medium-sized enterprises; in particular enterprises specialized in operating extensive call centre or contact centre businesses. |
